When you subscribe, we receive the email address and other information you choose to submit. If you contact us, submit a listing or contribute a comment, we receive the information you provide for that interaction. Information submitted for public display, such as a published comment or business listing, can be seen by other readers. Avoid including sensitive personal information in public submissions.

Website and newsletter operation

The website and newsletter are provided through Letterman and service providers that support publishing, hosting and email delivery. Technical information processed in connection with these services may include IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, delivery status, and email interactions where measurement is enabled. How information is used

Findit Lanier LLC does not sell or share its subscriber lists with advertisers, joint-venture partners or other publishers. A joint venture may involve placing a partner’s advertisement in our newsletter and having our advertisement placed in the partner’s newsletter. The publishers keep their own subscriber data; advertising swaps do not transfer subscribers’ email addresses or other subscriber records to the partner. If you click an advertisement or visit a partner’s website, that third party receives information from your interaction according to its own privacy notice.

We use service providers to process information needed to operate the website and deliver the newsletter. This operational processing is distinct from giving an advertiser or another publisher our subscriber list. Information is retained as needed to provide the requested service, manage preferences and submissions, meet applicable obligations, and resolve relevant operational or legal issues.
